For the last 30 years, the San Francisco Recycling and Transfer Center (Recology SF) has had an artist in residency program. As part of our Tools series we document Leah Rosenberg’s residency and her use of a shopping cart as she collects discarded materials (mostly paint) to make her unique meditations on color.
